These statements do not make sense. First, the assertion that because a product is both natural, good for you is a nonsense. After all one of the most strong poisons are natural products, such as cyanide. Second Instead, if you are a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and plenty of water colon cleanse daily or no help. Third, colon cleansing can cause disease. Your colon absorbs water and sodium food and feces as it passes through. This process helps maintain fluid balance and electrolytes in the body. Thus, acceleration this process by cleaning the colon can cause metabolic imbalances and dehydration. Also, if you do this (colon cleansing) on a long period of time can even develop health problems such as anemia, malnutrition and lack of heart.
