Help! I have a nasal spray addiction embarrising blossomed.?
I've been addicted to nasal sprays as Afrin for a year and I have difficulty breathing through the nose without them. My cousin had a similar problem and told me that the more you are connected Afrin nasal spray in, it most often use it to keep his chest inflated. So, if the proposed use is once every 12 hours, after a year, claimed the nose is bringing to four times a day breathes well. I can not go see a doctor at the time because of insurance but he said everything the doctor told him to do is use it in one nostril for two weeks until the closure of another but I tried that and might not open. It opens and closes when you try to sleep. I can not sleep if you can not breathe through the nose. meant "open" does not close. Sorry.
A year is a long time with a nasal spray! They are actually more dependent soon after 4 days the use …. approx. You'll get a lot more success if you can find a doctor. They can prescribe medications that can help. An injection steroids such as prednisone, may contribute to inflammation of the sinuses, and nasal spray to get more comfortable. Some other things I can think may work: hot compresses may help open airways. Drops of saline. Good luck! It will probably be difficult to stop the spray nose.
