How do I get the body of Victoria Secret model?

Im 5'8 and 150 pounds on. I want to lose at least 25 pounds and I do not care work for him. I tried things before mine, but now I think I need a point in the right direction. Any help please?

More the right foods to eat and to learn that the good fats …. poly and mono … are essential for a healthy body! Good fats equals fat loss bad !!!!!!!! You must be tough with yourself and are committed … but sometimes you need a break. It is normal to spend much time in a while … and "treatment" or a "food trap" and if you're wrong … well just back on track! And do not skip meals!
