Is there a difference between Charlie "Blue" and the perfume Charlie Blue Eau Fraiche?
When a perfume is labeled "Fresh Water" usually means it is lower in the concentration of perfume, and last for a short period of time on your skin – see below for an explanation the concentration of perfume / fragrance! fragrance is the pure form, as the longest-lived due to its high content of essential oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a concentration typical of 12-20 percent essential oils for perfume less wear long term. Eau de toilette has a typical concentration of 8 to 15 percent of essential oils. Cologne (or Cologne) has a concentration of 4 to 8 percent of essential oils. Fresh water is more dilute the concentration of the odor percent slightly from January to March oils. If this is true in most cases, sometimes "Fresh Water" means it is a reformulation of the fragrance is a light version of the original. However, do not think this is the case with Charlie Blue.
